Rotoplast India - Ray Rangwala

Ray Rangwala is leaving shortly to help document a team of Rotarians on a mission called ROTOPLAST (Rotary Plastic Surgery). Their primary mission is to help children with cleft palate in Nagamangala, India. At the meeting Friday, August 25th Ray reports that they already have more children signed up for treatment than they can accommodate. Ray is taking his camera and laptop and hopes to be able to send updates during his trip if he has internet access.
