HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE STYLE AND REPROGRAM YOUR BAD HABITS 

SET GOALS THAT WILL IMPROVE YOURSELF TAKE A NOTE BOOK AND WRITE DOWN ALL THE GOALS THAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE, BY THE TIME YOU REACH 100 YRS. OF AGE. (IF YOU HAVE NO GOALS, THEN YOU ARE DONE LIVING.) 
 
FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS, LOOK AT THE LIST AND MAYBE ADD OR SUBTRACT AS YOU THINK ABOUT GOALS. NEXT WEEK CHECK YOUR GOALS AGAIN AND MAKE A PLAN TO ACHIEVE THEM.
 
Then, relax and enjoy the present! Tomorrow is only in your brain. 

FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, YOU MUST  REVIEW YOUR GOALS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. IF YOU DO THIS, YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW QUICKLY THE GOALS WILL BE REACHED. 
 
ON A "POSTIT", WRITE THE MOST URGENT GOAL AND STICK IT ON THE TOP OF YOUR MIRROR. (THIS REINFORCING ACT MAKES IT HAPPEN SOONER). REMEMBER, GOALS ARE NOT WANTS OR NEEDS, BUT IMPROVEMENTS OF YOUR MIND. THIS EXERCISE (EVERY TIME YOU LOOK AT YOUR LIST) WILL REPROGRAM YOUR MIND WHILE WORKING 24/7 TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. And, your mind's GPS will automatically make the right decisions. 
 
GOALS MUST BE LEGAL, ETHICAL, AND MORAL TO BE ACHIEVABLE. 
 
ALWAYS EXPECT THE BEST. Do not even think that you won't achieve your goals. 

ALWAYS  TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHILE YOU ARE EATING AND RELAX AND ENJOY THE MOMENT. Always sit and be calm or meditate at least15 min. each day. NEVER GO ON A DIET. JUST CHANGE YOUR LIFE STYLE AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOAL. FOCUS ON THE GOAL AND NOT ON THE DETAILS. STAY HEALTHY. EAT A MEDITERRANEAN DIET, WORK, MAKE FRIENDS, AND STAY INVOLVED WITH PEOPLE AND EXERCISE. LISTEN AND LEARN FROM OTHERS. Your bad habits can be changed, one  at a time. After the first is changed, go to #2, and you will change your life. 

GOALS: VISUALIZE IT. Get a new degree. Change your career, read the book you always wanted to. Learn something new like a language, game, or a new hobby. Get a new license to fly a plane, or drive a truck. Change your shape and lose some weight. Reach out of your comfort zone and JUST STOP BEING AFRAID. 

YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE KEEPING YOU FROM REACHING YOUR GOALS. ELIMINATE THE WORDS TRY & HOPE, AS THEY STOP YOUR TOTAL COMMITMENT TO YOUR GOALS. 
 
LIFE MOVES VERY FAST. IF YOU DON'T LOOK AROUND, YOU MIGHT MISS IT. REMEMBER THAT THE BEST IS YET TO COME. REPUTATION IS WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE, CHARACTER IS WHAT YOU ARE.
